Common features of various myths include supernatural guardians protecting the tree and its fruits that grant those who eat them immortality. 

Thus because of its popular symbolism, it has been incorporated as subject in many a folk art forms in India 

This original composition has been created in more color scheme - incorporating the ever popular chintz style. While the subject motif have been simplified, it stays true for its essence with patterns packed into each of the motifs.
